This year at St. Joseph Catholic School, under the inspired guidance of Mrs. Mishler, our students embarked on an extraordinary artistic journey that culminated in the creation of a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Reflecting our school's annual theme, "Come, Follow Me"—words spoken by Jesus to Peter, inviting him to step out in faith and follow his path—this collaborative artwork symbolizes the call to discipleship and the courage it takes to respond to that call. Every student, from Pre-K through 12th grade, contributed to this piece, making it a vibrant tapestry of faith, courage and community.
The artwork, a testament to our mission to form the whole student—mind, body and spirit—captures the essence of our Catholic environment's commitment to a culture of belonging. Through a blend of colors, textures and individual expressions, the piece invites viewers to reflect on their own journey of faith and the steps they are called to take in their lives. This special project, never to be recreated, stands as a lasting symbol of our school community's unity and dedication to courageously developing disciples for the 21st century.
